The plight of the Maasai girl child has always been jeopardized by many factors, some of these factors are poor menstrual hygiene, early marriages, domestic violence, and female genital mutilation (FGM). Covid-19 and the long closure of schools further exposed the Maasai Girl making them even more vulnerable.

Greep Kenya in partnership with the community and well-wishers looks to start production of reusable sanitary towels which will be given to the vulnerable girls. This will go a long way to encourage the girls to go back to school without the need to worry about their menstrual hygiene.
